Orly Amor

From victim to advocate, I understand the plight of this community both in heart and mind because I was a victim of abuse. I became a self-made entrepreneur and social influencer. The purpose and vision of You Are My Light Foundation and Trust comes from my heart.

We are driven by purpose.
YAML is a 2021 nonprofit, non-governmental faith-based organization
dedicated to empowering survivors of human trafficking, sex and labor slavery to reclaim their God-given right to life, freedom, education and autonomy.

Orly Amor

YAML Founder & Trustee

Frances Phelan Krische

Council Member

Frances Phelan Krische is a New York attorney who owns her own law firm. She
focuses her practice on both civil litigation, including construction defense, as well as
trusts and estates. She is a former Brooklyn, New York Prosecutor as well as was a Law Guardian for the New York Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children. Her passion for giving a voice to those who cannot speak for themselves led her to be on the Advisory Council of You Are My Light. She resides in New York with her husband and two children.

Clara Capano

Executive Director

Clara is an International Speak, Award winning Educator, Best Selling Author and Host of Women Wining Their Way and Be Productive. She is the Founder and CHO ( Chief Harmony Officer) of Capano Speaking and Training and the creator of the CLARATY Success Method. With over 20 years in sales and leadership, her passion is in providing professionals with key strategies so they can work smarter and build their bottom line while supporting work/life harmony.
As the Executive Director for You Are My Light, Clara is passionate about sharing the vision and mission on a global level and directing us toward success.

Janelle Anderson

Council Member

Janelle Anderson began her professional journey as a teacher, enjoying a fulfilling 20-year career in the classroom. After experiencing personal traumas, including date rape and sex trafficking, she found the strength to transform her life. At age 61, Janelle became a professional certified coach where she has made a significant impact on countless lives. As a 7-time best-selling author and renowned speaker, she shares her powerful message, inspiring others to live true to their divine purpose. In her business, Janelle helps coaches and experts create and host simple, profitable virtual events to scale their businesses. Her mission is to empower her clients to thrive and prosper, enabling them to transform the lives of their own clients.

Mardi Winder-Adams

Council Member

Mardi Winder-Adams offers over 30 years of experience helping high-achieving individuals navigate the challenges of divorce. Mardi has worked as a behavior consultant for school districts, family and divorce mediator, conflict and dispute resolution trainer, as well as a Domestic Violence Client Advocate.
She is an ICF and BCC Executive and Leadership Coach, Credentialed Distinguished Mediator in Texas, Certified Divorce Transition Coach, High Conflict Divorce Coach, and Certified Divorce Specialist (CDS®).

Morry Zelcovitch

Council Member

As a child, Morry Zelcovitch battled severe depression and auditory hallucinations, sparking a lifelong quest to understand brainwave entrainment. He discovered rhythmic sounds could improve mood and perception, while disjointed sounds worsened them. Frustrated with ineffective products, he studied under a top expert, uncovering unique insights. Now, Morry dedicates his life to helping others transform their mental well-being without dangerous drugs through his innovative brainwave entrainment approach. I’m here to help by offering my unique technology and skill set to help others to help themselves, it is all about empowerment.

Raymond Comeau

Council Member

Raymond Comeau is an Award-Winning Multi-Bestselling Author, co-author, Motivational Speaker, and Transformational coach. Ray retired in 2016 after owning a home and office cleaning business for 34 years. Ray is also The National Educational Coordinator of Outreach. Reentry Ministry and The National Redemption Project.
